Since its inception in 1924, National Mortgage Co.'s core business has been focused on originating and servicing loans for larger scale commercial real estate transactions funded through institutional investors. In the 1960's National Mortgage Co. began to diversify its offering to fill the needs of clients in two key areas: Those looking to sell loan portfolios and those needing to fund transactions that fell outside of institutional lending parameters.
